  1. In theory Mr. Bezmenov sounds right but not in practice. A democratic society has a lot of different variations of everything; these variations make a sort of balance with each other. In a totalitarian society there is no balance, there is huge disproportion in every part of people’s life. The rest is correct: balance succeeds, a reactive shortsighted force of the Soviet Union districts itself.
