  1. For a speech, there are speechwriters in the background (not unique to Biden). This seemed like him being in a decent mood and making his visit fun, and disarming a potentially awkward moment with many Trump supporters around him.

  3. Looks like he was enjoying some comedy and "banter" with the crowd, and was demonstrating a decent attitude about there being Trumpers in the audience. Basically, he was going along with a jocular encounter. (BTW, I'm a Trump supporter)
