  2. this is just justification to discriminate against women at work. i experience this working in a male dominated field, some men dont take women seriously, and its even worse with a female boss she has to assert herself differently and still get no respect (stereotypes 1:43). and the constant mansplaining 🙄 annoying how they assume youre incapable just because youre a woman and always have to prove yourself again. and the ultimate compliment : "its not bad for a woman"... male bosses are not better, my first boss really would have deserved to be metoo'd.
