  6. Sauron Merciful At no point did I say that the Royal Family doesn’t have access to billions. The Queen doesn’t have as much control as you think, she cannot just take more money when she wants regardless if she technically owns Bank of England and the inland revenue. The Royal family’s pay is decided through the returns of the Royal estate. If the estate brings in more money than usual they receive a higher cut. It is also worth bearing in mind that the Royal Family create a profit for the economy as they earn more money then cost us.
