  3.  @jimbt9889  the smugglers aren’t in the boats or ever seen, like any criminal gang the people pulling the strings never do the dirty work. Drone will do nothing, we’ve seen ariel shots for years from aircraft anyway regardless of type. All over the world we see examples of long hard sentences but it doesn’t stop people, even the death penalty or being tortured. If I wasn’t sure I wouldn’t have posted the comment.
