Under the same principle, why haven't the Russians bombed any US carrier at sea or in port then? Also, under the same principle any possible target that doesn't move is "Just sitting there." The carriers were not built to create jobs at all, any evidence of this? You have no evidence to say that any carrier will be sold or mothballed.   39. Joe Bryant Propulson problem. The issue was that the ships were operating in warm waters when the ship uses a water cooling system like most ships. The propulsion then failed as a result, this has been mended.
