Not quite true, private health care can be regulated by the government to make it affordable for all. Germany and Australia follow this systems and its one of the best for this reason.

You don’t get a bigger insurance bill for someone else’s care, that’s the point of insurance the price relates to your policy. You can have some cosmetic surgery under the NHS too.
