  1. Lol, loved ur Icelandic examples of ð and different endings for names. The rule for multiple endings usually has a maximum of 4, most words only have between 2 or 3 actually different endings. The typical example is: Here is a horse About a horse From a horse To a horse -> Hér er hestur Um hest Frá hesti Til hests The ending usually depends on the ending of the first one, so any name ending with a "ur" like "Gestur" (Icleandic for guest, but can be used as a name) will be bent the same way. It's a mess to add into code, but it can be done in an effective way, actually that's a challenge I may want to take up on myself someday :P

  4. It actually baffles me that GIF has not yet been replaced by a better animated image format. I mean the most common things used instead of GIF are javascript and flash. I've been looking a bit into animation lately and the color limitation of GIFs annoys the hell out of me, if it wasn't for that it would be so bloody perfect.
