Trump's intentionally tanking the markets because he and his millionaire/billionaire ball licker buddies on announcements of tariffs, they buy, then he says "Tariffs are on hold" and the market bounces back to make them millions. It's like a rolling stock philosophy of making money. Except Trump is causing the dips & gains to profit. Not to mention he wants to refinance the governments 9 billion national debt due in June at lower interest rates.
