You don't have debates about vaccines with a participant who is a vaccine expert physician and an environmental lawyer who is also a conspiracy theory activist. Also, the new man made chemicals in our food, clothing, water, homes and offices that didn't exist 50 years ago cause many health issues.

So a plumber wants to debate a cardiothoracic surgeon about how surgical intervention to correct an aortic aneurysm harms patients, he says it causes other health issues. The plumber's belief is based on years of fixing broken and failing pipes. Wealthy believers of the plumber's side put up millions for the charity of the surgeon's choice. If the surgeon publicly debates the plumber in front of millions of fans of the wealthy hosts the money will be donated. What should the surgeon do? Is he going to teach old dogs some new tricks? Or will they never believe the surgeon because they are biased by the hosts and their belief siding with the plumber's ?
