@littlejulessmalltool894 According to international law, a country that supplies military equipment (weapons) to one of the parties to the conflict is A PARTY TO THE CONFLICT. So the transfer of 12 Challenger tanks by England is a "casus belli" and is a legitimate basis for launching a nuclear strike on England!

@snagletoothscott3729 CONVENTION on the rights and obligations of neutral Powers ... Article 6. The transfer, for whatever reason, directly or indirectly, by a neutral Power to a belligerent Power of warships, military supplies or any material is prohibited!!!
