  2.  @minuteman3  Yeah, it was Putin who said the Minsk Accords "no longer exist", not Zelenski. Russia blatantly violated the Budapest Memorandum which guaranteed Ukrainian security and sovereignty in exchange for giving up its nuclear weapons. The only thing sadder than Russian treachery in violating this agreement is the U.S. and U.K. also ignoring the guarantee even though they were signatories to it. It's as if England and France decided not to resist Hitler's invasion of Poland in 1939.
