  1. Pathologically obsession? Seriously? I think USAF general officers know more about what the USAF needs than you ever will. In any case it isn't USAF generals, but allied nations who decide which plane they want to acquire for own air forces. They preferred the F-16 and F-18 over the F-20, which the video explained quite well and without the knee-jerk bias that you seem compelled to express. The only reason to buy the F-20 would be because they were not allowed to buy the more modern planes, and the Reagan administration fixed that.. Northrop was screwed by the Carter administration, not by USAF generals.
