  1. Just read that poem. It seems to describe the inward portion of the outward nightmare I seem to be “sensing” that “they” want. So awful. I would never force that upon any woman, as I like them far too much!

  2. Precisely correct. If you walk that road, it defines what you are supposed to embody to a very narrow degree. More importantly, it reduces you - if you are a woman - to your husband’s objectified possession. It’s but a tiny step further to becoming a narcissistic extension, aka “trophy -.” Ugh!
