  1. If he was going to shoot anyone why hadn't he in all that time? You're chiding a 12 year old for not thinking like an adult and the full video shows the cops gave the kid no time to think, act or surrender. This all went down in like 1.5 seconds. Cops seem to be able to manage not killing white guys who shoot up public places, like the Aurora Shooter. Funny, eh?
