@visvikings1O1 - "Besides, what would a body search even tell them?" The accusing family gave a specific description of MJ's genitalia. If MJ were guilty no way he would have undergone a strip search (which they notified him about several days before they actually did it to him) because he would have been pretty much screwed as soon as it happened. If there was a positive match the cops would have taken him down to the station for questioning (and the DA was in the next room during the search).

@BeautyisWithin7 - No prob! :) Truth always wins out in the end over urban legends. Anyone who is versed with even the rudimentary basics of American Law should know that civil trials and criminal trials are 2 separate entities. A civil settlement is incapable of canceling a criminal investigation or trial because civil trials don't prosecute crimes in the first place.

@ricanariel - I described it because someone asked because it was relevant to a legal case involving MJ. How is that being perverted? It's just human anatomy. I didn't even go into graphic detail or sexualize the description.

@visvikings1O1 - That's easily traceable. If security tapes were modified the police would have noted this and questioned MJ on it. If MJ were having sexual encounters with kids there would have DNA evidence (as in seminal remains) picked up by the Luminol. There's no way to hide that as one of the only ways to destroy the evidence is by burning the place down or flooding it. It turns up with Luminol even if you try to clean it off with bleach.

@visvikings1O1 - Uh, since when do civil settlements (which the father requested) close criminal investigations or "keep people quiet"? There was a year-long criminal investigation from August '93 to August '94 in which both sides gave several declarations and depositions and MJ's property was ransacked twice and his own body underwent a strip search. So what exactly was there to "keep quiet" and how exactly can MJ take evidence away from the LAPD or SBSO? He can't.

@visvikings1O1 - Any pictures would have just confirmed his story if he were telling the truth. And why would MJ try to force a criminal investigation to go through so he could rush to testify if he were guilty? The last thing a guilty man would want to do is go through a criminal trial. "and then the boy didn't testify in the criminal case" That's because the case was dismissed by 2 grand juries. No testimony is necessary during grand jury hearings, they don't make verdicts, just indictments.

@visvikings1O1 - ...Well...this is a sensitive topic but MJ's genitalia had an apparently very unique appearance due to his vitiligo and the effects of it and the de-pigmentation cream he used to treat his vitiligo. Long story short the Chandlers' description seemed to have been off from what I read. Their biggest error was claiming he was circumcised. Apparently MJ was actually uncircumcised. This assumption may have been because the Chandlers were Jewish while MJ was Jehovah's Witness.

I wasn't really offended because I realized you might have thought I was trying to be lewd because a lot of haters do that by doing weird crap like going into conversations about his genitals (the haters' obsession with Michael's privates is BIZARRE, some psychologists should analyze these people, lol). @ricanariel - Then that gives you an idea of how fucked up the accusing father was that he would make up a story 20x more graphic than anything I've said here about his son and MJ. What kind of sicko puts their kid up to doing some shit like telling lurid, X-rated fiction stories about them and an adult?

@visvikings1O1 - MJ never went to jail because 2 grand juries dismissed the case without indictment due to an absolute lack of evidence, the non-credibility of the accusing father and the contradictions of his story and contradictions from his beleaguered son. Not to mention the dad at no point ever called the police and only made his allegations after MJ refused to give into a blackmail for MJ to give him $20 million. The same dad tried to sue MJ again years later, which was dismissed.

@visvikings1O1 - Jordan Chandler already gave at least one criminal deposition and several declarations. The police raided MJ's property twice, took security videos from his house (including security tape from a camera in his bedroom) and went over his house with Luminol, along with a body search of MJ, and interviewed over 300 witnesses and friends of MJ and the Chandlers. If anyone was molested they would have found evidence during the year long investigation.

@visvikings1O1 - The entire criminal investigation Chandler tried to have it stopped, though the Chandlers were forced to give several declarations and at least two depositions. Chandler made a deal with Jackson's insurer after Chandler's lawyer tried to get MJ to retract the pictures taken of his genitals which would be presented to the jury. MJ refused to retract them and Chandler made a deal a couple days later. Why wouldn't Chandler want them used if he was supposedly telling the truth?
