  1. Technically, there's no direct evidence of either. The DNC emails proved theyneere definitely against Bernie, but no evidence they changed any votes. I think they likely did suppress Bernie voters during the Primaries, but none of the DNC emails contain anyone admitting to doing as much.

  3. The investigation is ongoing and Van Jones has publicly said almost the EXACT same thing he said in the O'Keefe video. Neither Boniface nor Jones is an investigator, so their personal opinion doesn't mean Trump is innocent. Jones also clarified that he believes Trump's involvement with Russia is not innocent but it's likely not serious enough that it would somehow force the Republican Congress to impeach him.
