A lot of guys are just buzzed but take advantage of women who are shit-faced drunk and can't even form a coherent sentence or tell what's going on. Then they use the old "But we were both drunk!" excuse when the woman realizes in horror what happened while she was albeit unconscious. I've seen it before. The date rapist equivocates and acts like him being tipsy but basically able to still drive is equal to a woman who is so drunk she can't move unassisted and he had to carry to the bedroom.
