  1. If it weren't for all the employees the company wouldn't be what it is. You honestly think Bill Gates or Steve Jobs or Elon Musk honestly came up with most, let alone all, of their companies' inventions and ideas? Hell no, most of the stuff is thought up by employees. Why shouldn't the employees be co-owners since they create most of the ideas and make almost all of the products? They've created the company every bit as much, if not more so, than the founder(s). Without the employees the company would just be some shed.
