  1. Mr PooPooHead - 'a hair'- ??? in all that horrendous bloody mess? I completely doubt they matched DNA to 'a hair' @ the murder scene. Much more likely, IMO, they matched scrapings from under the nails of one of the victims, to the accused's DNA. Finding 'a hair' is not at all conclusive bc the suspect could simply claim to have been in the house at one time. Prove he never was, o.k.? ... All the accused's atty would need do to cast doubt in a jury trial would be, where this hair came from (??) That's all it would take (to cast 'a reasonable doubt') on the evidence. Reasonable doubt.. its a real thing in a jury trial. I don't think LE would be that naive to actually make an arrest based on 'a hair' found @ the murder scene, matching the accused's DNA. BUT scrapings from under the nails of one of the victims, matched to the accused? That's concrete evidence, no doubt about it.
