No, you'll die either prone or flat on your back. Just sayin.
In the meantime. You're out in the sun, probably risking skin cancer, unless you are using SPF.
Could be you probably still believe spf causes skin cancer, or that it blocks the hormone D from the sun. (the idea that SPF protection is correlated to skin cancer, is because people use too little of it for protection, then stay out in the sun overly long, erroneously believing they are protected, then get skin cancer.
So, yes, someone figured there is this correlation btw. Spf & skin cancer, but it's not for the reasons they have assumed.
There are OTC 'D' supplements anyone can ingest to raise their D levels up to a beneficial immunological state.
Good luck with your weight loss, but your comment that you are 'trying' doesn't sound too hopeful. And weightloss requires a consistently applied system, and takes awhile to accomplish.
Nevertheless, no matter your weight, you still do need to protect yourself with effective masking, social distancing, hand washing, etc.
Learn a little more about the vaccines, also. Statistics of adverse effects are so TINY, compared to harmful & what can be LASTING adverse effects of CoV2 infection. Good Luck to you ;))
