  1. I stopped eating meat for personal reasons. I think my health is better now less heartburn. Do I love a medium rare ribeye who dosent? I can say i eat a lot of vegtables and beans, legumes. Small amounts of rice, bread and pasta. Upside is I lost weight 30 pounds and I use a 10th of the toilet paper now. Lol. I have always been i interested in human power when traveling. I guess it came about from not having money and wanting to see the world. Been lucky ro have cycled all over the world. Hiked, sailed, canoe and kayaked. I do remember cooking up a nice Beef Liver at an English youth hostel during the Mad Cow scare in the early 90's. I do not think it fucked me up yet. I stopped eating all meat for my own reasons. There is a good book out there "Meat is for Pussies". Written by a Hardcore singer from the Cromags who is now an Iron Man triathlete. I can say this Vegan girls taste like chicken absoulty yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
