  8. Guess what the homeowners probably shot it down. When they get assements to repair their own building divided by each condo owner. They probably where to cheap to do the repairs. It most likely would have cost millions to bring that building up to code. The residents would have to pay for that. So guess what your world of free stuff is a fantasy. Someone has to lay and it would have been each homeowner. Big DOllARS.!!!!!!!
