  1. Agree 100 percent. Even when you look at investment properties the ROI numbers are not working even with high rents. Also many people are in the ARM loans banking on holding out for more favorable rates. Plus when the economy really tanks some of these REIT's are going to either gobble up more properties or take losses on their own homes. That will be interesting see how that will pan out. First one of your vids I watched and you are good.
