  1. Yes. She's asian and was raised by her hindu Indian mother, not by her mixed father. Thus, she is a woman of color and not black. She, herself, identified as asian when she campaigned for and won a senate seat of California. The issue is the democrats weaponizing identity politics and racially ambiguous people by pulling the "black" card when it suits them for votes. Wake up, people.
