Valentina decisively won. 20+ strikes while successfully grappling and defending against Taila's RNC attempts (see Ortega-Volk for actually threatening sub attempts) after a takedown Valentina initiated but slipped on at the last second in round 1 and people were saying round 1 was Taila's? Valentina swelled Taila's eye due to, what would eventually accumulate into over 100 extra strikes, and did so before the headbutt (you can see Taila's eye swelling in her corner before the headbutt round) yet people said Valentina only damaged her with the headbutt not the 100 extra strikes already swelling her eye? Valentina got just as many takedowns but, again, far, far more strikes, far more damage and easily defended Taila's sub attempts while punishing her with 20+ strikes almost every time Taila was given all the credit for her supposed 'control' time? People were out of their minds saying Valentina lost let alone that Taila was robbed.
