  3. I'm black and I know plenty of blacks who live in gentrified areas and love it now. I watched people that look like me throughout the 90's and early 2000's spend most of our time in these neighborhoods goofing off with rap and street culture. And besides white people lived in those neighborhoods back in the 60's and before anyway.

  4. The south needs to just either treat all highways and roads entirely or completely shut everything down so people don't have to beg our employers to stay home. People crashing their vehicles just to get to a crappy job that's paying nothing.

  8. When you go to cities with more density and foot traffic you do see taller apartment/condo buildings like this standing around. Let's get some height and foot traffic in downtown Atlanta finally like Toronto and Chicago.

  10. If office buildings do become useless I feel sorry for places like Chicago and NYC who have walls and walls of skyscrapers. It's weird how traffic up the connectors is ruthless but once you get off into the downtown Atlanta streets it's no traffic.

  15. This is a stupid becuase then people can't see downtown when driving through and will make sitting in the gruesome traffic worse.

  19. I wish they would do something for all this brutal construction traffic backups going on all around Atlanta. I85 north through Gwinnett has become brutal with them shutting down half the lanes at 8pm. Commuting in the Atlanta metro even at night has become very brutal.

  21. I've never understood how people hate trucks but ride slow right beside trucks even through the midnight hours when it's no traffic on 285. You would think cars would be in the two left lanes flying but they be right there in the two right lanes driving slow with the big rigs.

  32.  @Akartavor  I don't live anywhere near Atlanta but I know technically it's a small town surrounded by a bunch of other small towns. Like I said if you're scared just leave. Atlanta's crime rate is not even that bad.
