  2. The commenter maybe jealous of the freedom vanlifers have or perhaps does not have the courage or resources to try the nomad life him or herself. One few reactions on my part: Impact of society-negative or positive. Is working a dead-end, drudgery filled job a positive impact? Maybe if you are an employer who loves wage slaves or wage indentured servants. Is it selfish for van lifer not to pay a greedy landlord their ever- increasing rent? Actually, the commenter reminds me of an ex GF who told me I was selfish because I did not want to pay all her bills and for her future purchases. I wonder how selfish the commenter actually is towards others. Yes Carol, I totally agree with you.
