  1. Tiny Houses can't touch those prices, even with plumbing, electrical, septic, etc. Carole, agree with you that as we age lofts and ladders are not a good thing. For example, I am 64 and fell on ice 9 months ago. My prize was a major rotator cuff tear and now a frozen shoulder. I won't bother with the misery I have suffering. Now a big fan of one floor does it all.
