  1. That GM was doing a bad "Billy Flynn" from Chicago. You know doing a quick soft-shoe shuffle. You caught him lying and he tried to BS his way. He could have checked their records and would have seen your many visits without incident. But, by doing that he would back himself in a corner for over charging you. Maybe contact the local TV news' investigative reporter to shine some light on that particular Marriot Resort unjust business practices.
