I read an article recently where the states of California, Vermont, and New York are offering some sort of grant up to $120,000 to build s Tony House. But that is only half the equation Where do you put it after it is built.

I have been watching Randy and Amanda for about a year. Randy mentioned he would be putting a privacy guard/fence between those tiny's. I thought he did a nice job. I believe the Tiny Owner's, such as the community you videoed were able to get their space for about $6,000 for infrastructure costs. The newer spaces in the Mountain or Buffalo Creek seem to be $20,000 and up. Those of us who lived in apartments or travelled and did not have a home to sell and use that sale's capital gains would have buy with their savings since most banks, regardless of one's bank deposits won't lend for Tiny House mortgage. I don't like, my preference, the wash-out potential of the Mountain/BC lots. I realize the older lots are sold out, but I would wait and save my money and hope an older lot opens up. Thanks, Carol, for a wonderful interview showing that the community is not just for seniors.

Chris, the woman from Naples, is featured in yesterday's ITH video ( $6 a month electric bill) with Randy and Amanda. She has so much good info on that video.

Carol, did email Tim Low in Sales last night. He said ITH does not have any waiting lists. Tim also mentioned sometimes homes are sold with a space lease. The only available is a Birmingham in the Forest. Most like a $100k investment would that be an ADNNA ( apartment dwellers need not apply.)?

Yes. I think those older lots had $6,000 key money whereas, the new ones are possibly $20,000 and up. I actually prefer the older lots that are not in the woods.
