  1. I am on 3 senior housing waiting lists. I am told it will be almost 5 years or more before they anticipate an opening. And, with the rising housing costs as they are, then will I be able to afford a unit at that time. My job will probably end by Thanksgiving, but then I will have to find another job. I have seen similar jobs in various parts of the country and all their least costly housing is at a minimum $1,600 per month. The very expensive housing will surely lead more and more people to a forced nomadic lifestyle.
