  1. Wow. What a great place and a great guy. Those rates are incredibly affordable. I was blown away by the $450/month for the first unit. Mobile Home lot rents in Florida are going up and many exceed the $450 just for a lot. Much success to Devyn in his future. He deserves it.

  2. follow up. Pattie's does not seem to have an active website. Several nomad review sites (such as Campendium, even Yelp) all say the park is permanently closed. Maybe I will try the posted number for Pattie's.
