  1. Be The Victim, people are always looking for something to make them the victim. Horns in a quiet zone. The Idea of a ''Quiet Zone'' around any rail road, light rail or traditional is ridiculous. I live east of Downing in Englewood and I can hear the trains and light rail down on Santa Fe. Public Safety supersedes your need for quiet, MOVE AWAY from the Quiet Zone, nobody is MAKING YOU LIVE THERE.
