Bias in Medicine? when I had only medicaid, my AIDS doctor wouldn't follow through with referrals, would let me sit for 45 minutes or more in a room by myself and fucked up my AIDS medications because she never listened to what I said, turned out, she told me she didn't like men with long hair after I cut my ponytail.......

  2. Moi, I'm jealous, even though Finland has months of cold dark wet, it has nice people, clean cities and a thriving economy, but I"m too Olde to get in on the System at this point, I do love your country.

I had an AIDS doctor that admitted to me that she did not like men with long hair. she had been my doctor for 3 years, I had waist length hair, I did not find this out until I cut my hair off. I immediately requested another doctor, which explained why she would make mistakes with my meds and did not see to my illness complications.
