  1. in the 1970's Mc D food became Phood. it's a one substance that depending on how you treat it with heat or cold is what it turns into...quick hot temps makes it golden on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside, low slow temps cook the substance to a dark brown-gray and freezing it and dying it with phood color makes the shakes....
