  1. does anybody remember JRM taking his nanny with him door to door in one of his first election bids? the man is not ''Complete'' mentally, obviously, you've heard him speak, you've seen his values demonstrated, he's not even an eccentric, he's really not complete.

  2. perhaps JRM needs his wet-nurse to perk him up. his sugar is lagging so he's got low energy, he needs a biscuit and some tea and then he'll be back up and bright. or He's Missing His Call to be In Panto. if his constituency is happy with this behavior perhaps there needs to be an assessment of the mental capabilities of the populace.
