  1. I have chronic diarhea from 30+ years of HIV/AIDS and AIDS medicines. think liquid shit rocket. I haven't had a solid bowel movement in more that 25 years, high pressure soft serve. and when they tell me to eat more fibre to help, it makes it worse. I'm Special, I know it. the docs have a good time trying to figure me out.
