  1. the thing needs to fly around before descending directly to the ground, that's nothing but a slow motion controlled crash. it will mimic bats when it flies in complete dark using sonar/radar to navigate, and it will fly around for hours on a single charge. this gliding descent thing is a nice mock-up. but let's get one that actually works.
