  1. half a billion to save what Nature is abandoning, that's money well spent. how about that half billion going into non-fossil fuel energy and sustainable farming instead of Monsanto Chem Parks. 100 million to farming alone would cure your chemical dependence. 200 million to non-fossil fuel energy would clean up that problem. half a billion would go a lot farther in educating the public about why the reef moved and how humans made it happen. so humans won't repeat those mistakes...we could hope.
