  1. that's pretty much down under central downtown St. P. an attempt to snarl the system, ....gonna need a bigger bomb. that just took out a train car and some people. the delay would be for about 4 hours but the system would continue to function around the area of the event. clean up is immediate, and the trains resume running. there are still Children of the Seige living in St P. this is a terrible thing to happen. but things happen.
