  1. and that's why he sits behind a writer's desk and isn't featured in the show, like Amber or Jenny, bless his heart, he's just not camera friendly and that timing needs some sharpening. I've been around longer than him, I think I know good comedic timing when I see it, he needs sharpening. Keep to your strength, Writing. not delivering. LOL
