  1. too bad all the other water coming down can't be harvested, like the downpour in SF city proper and some of the valleys it's only the rain that falls around the reservoirs that actually goes into the reservoirs. with all the infrastructure updating going on around the nation, water catchment might be something to invest in for the near future.
