I had all the knowledge and skills to do jobs, but I was passed over because i didn't have a college piece of paper that said ''I was a good student'' Not everyone is college material, but still have the intelligence, sometimes more than a book learned person, and capabilities, yet people with lesser work skills are given higher jobs.
