  1. Russia has zero tolerance for criminals. if you get caught, you are considered an animal and treated thusly. I saw it on the news when I was over there. a criminal that gets caught is the lowest form of human, an animal. they're beaten, caged, starved, neglected and broken so IF they return to society they are no longer a problem, and usually commit suicide because they can't handle it out of prison.
