  1. cats learn human language if you repeat the word to the meow they make, and as far as regional dialects, my two twin brothers, Sasha and Misha, speak very differently from each other, Misha has a Siamese yakity yak and Sasha chuffs like tigers. but each has learned human words and I have learned their words for what they want and we all agree and everyone gets fed, goes to lie down and Sasha demands every evening at 8pm (even with daylight savings change) to be put to Nite nite. that is to be set up in the library with food and treats before retiring for the evening. if you want to learn your cat's language, just take a minute to listen. and you will completely understand the commands. oh and, they're both bi-lingual in human Russian and American English.
