if you refuse service to someone you ARE discriminating against them. gay, black, Asian, hoodie, thug, ....black people were refused service at lunch counters in the 1950's, now businesses think they can do the same thing to gays. Discrimination like this is on the wrong side of history, like the Confederate States and slavery. it's not like they're having sex in the pizzeria, and if they are THEN you can ask them to leave, that's inappropriate.
