  1. we had Native American girls harassed on a college campus they were touring, someone called the cops on them, they weren't doing anything but walking around being shown the campus. and some paranoid white person calls the cops because Not-White People are roaming the college campus

  2. if it's the same person calling the cops, then That Person is the problem. stirring discontent with their own personal paranoia. that needs professional treatment and removal from the situation, so others can complete their education while the paranoiac gets therapy.
