Nature removing the truly stupid, by drowning them on a flooded road....it's not like this JUST started happening....when there's rain, especially HURRICANE RAIN, there will be flooding, and the roads will be impassable but the Truly Stupid get out on those roads and try to 'go somewhere' instead of just staying put until the water recedes....Nature's Cull.
