  3. these businesses didn't fail, they died. no govt program could have saved them. this is called 'collapse', financially devastating but one can recover if you have a plan to come back and rebuild as if it were day one all over again. it is the Nature of Business. Down Turns, market corrections, recovery, boom ! it will come back, Patience is needed.
